I started his career as in Manufacturing. I worked as a supervisor at local factory that produced constuction equipment. Learning everything form welding to hydraulics I grew and learned a lot at my work. I eventually began saving my money to someday start my own manufacturing business. Then as everyone knows the economy went down and the flourishing company that I had been working for eventually laid me off. At one time the company had over 30 employees. I was the last of three. Did I mention my wife had just had a baby.
What to do? I had the savings I had hoped to use to start a business, but manufacturing seemed like financial suicide to go into. With all the buzz about foreclosures I began reading all I could about these properties. After a little time I had the courage to use my life savings I worked for to buy an old unlivable house in the Mayfair District. I worked and did most the repairs spending most of my waking hours there until five months later I sold it for profit! Thus started my real estate career.
I found my passion...Real Estate! Shortly there after I got my real estate license and have been helping others gain knowledge and find success in the industry. I take a particular emphasis on investing in Fresno, our own community, to live in, to profit from financially, and to beautify.I found my passion...Real Estate!
