I started out a in real estate an investor and still continue to perform rehab projects and be involved in rental property. It is my belief there is no better way to produce long term wealth. I believe we can make wonderful profit and literally change our america as we responsibly invest in our own communities.

I am comitted toward helping investors. For those who need a seasoned negotiator who knows the value of your money I am that person. I know investors need good people who can perform without a lot of oversight and are trustworthy.

I offer a special program where I mentor those looking to start doing rehab or flip projects. I have done several and made good profit on them and willing to use my knowledge to help others find success. I do this free of charge my mentoring program does not cost anything like so many get rich gurus that only offer fast talk and no substance.

Again my rehab mentoring program is free, but because it is free and takes a lot of time and oversight I only work with a maximum of three people at a time. So you may have to wait for the next available opening. I will walk you through the steps of financing, getting the right project, doing the repairs, all the way until you sell the property and get your profit check form escrow.
